By accessing or using The Domain of Faith website (domainoffaith.com) and any related services, content, audio tracks, or digital products (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Domain of Faith provides spiritual, meditative, and frequency-based audio content, including but not limited to: ambient frequency tracks, binaural beats, subliminal message audio, hypnosis sessions, spoken affirmations, and personalized audio attunements. The Service also includes written content, daily revelations, and community features.
The Domain of Faith is a spiritual and artistic expression. It is not a medical service, mental health provider, or scientific institution. All content is provided for entertainment, meditation, and personal reflection purposes.
The Service offers three subscription tiers: Tuner ($7/month), Resonator ($21/month), and Transmitter ($77/month). Each tier provides access to different levels of content as described on the subscription page.
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month through PayPal. By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your PayPal account at the rate corresponding to your selected tier until you cancel.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your PayPal account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days of a billing period.
Due to the digital nature of the content and immediate access granted upon subscription, all payments are final and non-refundable. By subscribing, you acknowledge that you receive immediate access to digital content and expressly waive any right of withdrawal or cooling-off period.
Access to subscriber-only content is granted through email-based authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access link and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Account sharing, redistribution of content, or resale of access is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination without refund.
All content provided through the Service, including audio tracks, written revelations, scripts, artwork, and website design, is the exclusive property of The Domain of Faith and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
